1. Introduction
Welcome to Whitehouse True Flavors. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (whitehouse.ph) and the purchase of products from our cafe and bakery. By placing an order with us (whether online, in-store, or via messaging), you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Pre-Orders: Pre-order cakes and bulk orders require a specific lead time (usually 1-3 days depending on the design). Orders are only confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received.
- Pricing: Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error on the site, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, GCash, bank transfers, and other methods as indicated at the counter or checkout. Proof of payment is required to confirm orders made remotely.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our products are perishable and made to order:
- Custom Cakes: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time are non-refundable, as production has likely already begun.
- Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund or store credit.
- Perishable Goods: We do not accept returns on food items. If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us immediately (within 2 hours of receipt) with photos so we can resolve the issue.
4. Pickup and Delivery
- Pickup: We recommend checking your items carefully upon pickup. Once the item leaves our store, its care becomes your responsibility.
- Third-Party Delivery: If you book a courier (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) to pick up your order, Whitehouse True Flavors is not liable for any damage that occurs during transit (e.g., smashed cakes due to rider mishandling). We ensure items are packed securely before handover.
5. Food Safety and Allergens
Allergen Warning: Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other allergens. While we take strict precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% allergen-free. Customers with severe allergies consume our products at their own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, cake designs, logos, and photography, is the property of Whitehouse True Flavors OPC. You may not use our images for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whitehouse True Flavors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Product Satisfaction & Quality Guarantee
Here at Whitehouse True Flavors, we’re passionate about our products and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We bake everything fresh and stand by our quality. For any quality issues, below is our store return policy.
1. For Quality & Safety Issues
This policy covers any item that is defective, unsafe, or not up to our quality standards. This includes:
- Finding a foreign object (such as a hair or piece of plastic)
- The product being raw/uncooked or burnt
- The product being stale, spoiled, or moldy before its expected end-of-life
- Any other serious quality defect
Our Promise: We are terribly sorry. This is not our standard, and we want to make it right.
Time Limit: Please bring the product and receipt back within 48 hours of purchase.
Our Action: We require the defective product to be returned to us. This is essential so we can conduct a full internal investigation to find out what went wrong and prevent it from ever happening again. The product must be at least 90% uneaten for us to honor a return. We cannot provide returns on items that have been mostly consumed.
Your Resolution: We will offer you the choice of:
- A full refund to your original payment method.
- A free replacement of the product.
- An exchange for another item of equal value.
**Cash refunds shall be processed via online banking or digital wallet (GCash, Maya) at the end of the day.
2. If We Made a Mistake
This policy covers issues where we made an error (e.g., you received the wrong item, the inscription on a cake is incorrect, or we missed an ingredient you paid for).
Time Limit: Please let us know as soon as you notice, ideally at the time of pickup or within 24 hours.
Our Action: Please bring the incorrect item back to us.
Your Resolution: We will immediately correct the mistake and provide you with the proper item at no additional charge.
Important Conditions
- We must have the product back. To prevent fraud and to conduct our own quality control, we cannot issue any refund or exchange without the product in question being returned.
- Receipts are strongly encouraged. A receipt is the fastest way to process your return. If you do not have a receipt, we will try to verify the purchase, but may only be able to offer store credit.
Custom & Catering Orders
Large or custom orders (like wedding cakes, tiered cakes, or large catering orders) operate under a separate contract. Deposits are non-refundable. Please refer to your specific contract for details on cancellations or quality disputes.
